During the spring of 2018 the School District of Waupaca restructured the High School Athletic Director/Principal position to a 7-12 grade Activities Director. Within the first year, the Activities Department felt it was imperative to engage in a planning process that would help guide and prioritize initiatives that would have the greatest positive impact on the department’s offerings moving forward. This plan is a result of that process and will help shape our decisions and manage our priorities through the 2021-22 school year.
