Bowling is the fastest growing high school sport this decade, and continues to gain more participation every year that it is offered. Bowling also gives students an opportunity to become involved in their high school, teaches fundamentals for a lifetime sport, and helps athletes earn scholarships and bowl in college.  The High School Bowling Club is open to students in grades 9-12. The season begins in October and ends in March. The varsity and junior varsity teams practice on Monday's at Nelson’s Strike Zone, from 4:30pm—6:00pm. High school bowling meets are scheduled on Sundays throughout the season.
